Our latest outreach into the community is to children in Burbank, Toluca Lake, Glendale etc. Under the guidance of Emmy Award winning director/editor and Victory Board Member, C.J. Hinkleman, we have completed our first season of Kids Corner, bringing literature in the form of storytelling and dance to children ages 5-14.

The Victory Theatre Center is currently in collaboration with CYPRESS COLLEGE to present its fourth Festival of New Plays.

In addition, the Victory is also establishing the THEATRE IN EDUCATION PROGRAM (TIE) to help make theatre attendance more viable to Burbank schools, teachers and residents. Plus, the Victory is continuously awarding acting scholarships, mentoring high school students, offering special discount tickets for teachers, seniors and disadvantaged youths. Burbank High and Burroughs High school students are invited attend preview performances.

The Victory Theatre Center is also a partnership resource for several local social service organizations. In this capacity, the theatre hosts fundraisers, discussion groups and facilitates rehabilitation seminars and productions for recovering substance abusers and the mentally challenged. We also offer partnerships and reciprocal relationships with USC, Loyola-Marymount and Woodbury Universities, Glendale and Cypress Colleges and Counseling West Clinic. These mutually beneficial opportunities and experiences are an integral part of our dedication to providing stimulating artistic content to the community at large.

The Victory Theatre Center is available for a variety of uses including presenting performing arts (music, theater, and dance) to the public as well as film shoots, screenings, classes and more. We are also available for rehearsals and readings (when space allows). Please call 818.841.4404 for more information.
